Lipari is the capital of the Aeolians. The Archaeological Museum is absolutely worth a visit and is also rich in finds of submarine archaeological excavations

Day 3      Panarea

The most Greek alike of the Pontine Islands.  Panarea is the smallest island of the archipelago and is renown for its crystal-clear water.

.

Day 4         Stromboli

Recently in eruption, the activity of the volcano has become normal again since July 2003. Make an unforgettable walk to the top of the volcano  (1000m).

In Stromboli you will anchor on layers of lava, which means bad holding conditions.

Never leave your boat without supervision, somebody has to be always aboard.

Day 5        Salina

The privilege of a sailing cruise  : you are able to make a stop in secluded places  that are inaccessible by ''terrestrial'' tourists.

Day 6       Vulcano

Another island that is still volcanically active, but here the volcano does not emit lava like on Stromboli. You can see fumeroles of sulphur around the superb crater and also in the water of the port. The smell of sulphurous vapours is everywhere.

.

At the famous mud baths you will have the opportunity to take some photos that will  remind you of a Fellini movie scene..

Day 7        Sant'Agata di Militello

You can sail one more time along the coasts of the Aeolian Islands before returning to Sant'Agata at the end of the afternoon

Day 8       Disembarkation at 09.00 a.m.

If you have time enough before your departure, you can leave your luggage with the supervisor of the base and go for a walk in the streets of Sant'Agata.
